К вопросу о психологических критериях оценки профессиональной компетентности

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке психологических критериев оценки профессиональной компетентности продавцов – наиболее востребованных на рынке труда специалистов. Актуальность исследования (проведено совместно с М. М. Алексеевой) определяется запросами практики – необходимостью качественного подбора персонала, являющегося важнейшим звеном в реализации продукции, производимой организацией. Цель работы заключается в определении ключевых критериев оценки профессиональной компетентности продавцов торговой сети по реализации мобильных товаров и услуг. Практическая ценность данной работы заключается в выделении частных индикаторов компетенций, определяющих потенциальные возможности кандидатов в области продаж.

This study deals with the most demanded personnel on a labor market. The research timeliness is defined by practice necessity of qualitative selection of the personnel which is the major link in realization of product that made organization. The aim of this study (with M.M. Alekseeva) was to find key sellers’ professional competences in trading network of the mobile goods and services. Practical value of this study consists in investigation of particular indicators of sellers’ key competences and in making clear why some candidates are more successful in sales. We discuss the practical implications of our results in terms of how best to support high-quality selection of the sales managers.
