Abstract

Сформулированы математические модели кинетики накопления О-антигена штамма Vibrio cholerae cholerae М-41 серовара Огава, а также О-антигена и токсина штамма V. cholerae cholerae 569 В серовара Инаба с лимитацией по углеродному субстрату. При решении систем дифференциальных уравнений получены зависимости, характеризующие рост холерного вибриона, накопление О-антигена штамма Vibrio cholerae cholerae М-41 серовара Огава, а также О-антигена и токсина штамма V. cholerae cholerae 569 В серовара Инаба и потребления источника углеводного питания (глюкозы). На основании кривой, характеризующей потребление глюкозы, разработан и реализован алгоритм ее автоматического введения в культуральную среду при культивировании V. cholerae cholerae М-41 серовара Огава и V. cholerae cholerae 569 В серовара Инаба.

Designed are the mathematical models for kinetics of O-antigen accumulation, obtained from Vibrio cholerae cholerae M-41 Ogawa; as well as of O-antigen and toxin from V. cholerae cholerae 569B Inaba, with carbon substrate limitation. In the process of solving differential equations identified are the dependencies characterizing Cholerae vibrio growth; O-antigen accumulation, obtained from Vibrio cholerae cholerae M-41 Ogawa, as well as of O-antigen and toxin from V. cholerae cholerae 569B Inaba; and source carbohydrate nutrition (glucose) intake. Using glucose intake curve developed and implemented is the algorithm of glucose automatic introduction into the culture medium when cultivating V. cholerae cholerae M-41 Ogawa and V. cholerae cholerae 569 B Inaba.
