Пути преодоления препятствий в обеспечении развития региональных потребительских рынков Азербайджана

Abstract

The article discusses the current development trend of the regional consumer markets in Azerbaijan. It shows the reasons for the weakness and inefficiency of structures for the government regulation of the regional consumer markets in the republic. In the market conditions these create a number of specific difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized businesses which are defined as administrative barriers. The author suggests measures to overcome these obstacles.

В статье рассматривается современная тенденция развития региональных потребительских рынков Азербайджана. Показаны причины слабости и неэффективности структур государственного регулирования региональных потребительских рынков республики, что порождает в условиях рынка ряд специфических трудностей в развитии малого и среднего бизнеса, определяемых как административные барьеры, и предлагаются меры по преодолению этих препятствий.
