Abstract

The period of adaptation of patients to removable dentures — rather urgent problem related to mechanical trauma to the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed, changes in the microflora of the oral cavity, as well as allergic and toxicchemical changes under the influence of substances that are part of the prosthesis material. Therefore, the primary task is to develop drugs to reduce the side effects for the use of prostheses. One of these representatives can be considered “Tizol” — aquacomplex of glitserosolvat titanium, which has a number of features that allow its effective use in dental practice. The proposed combination Tizol with bischofite is particularly effective, providing anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, immune-stimulating effect in the oral cavity of the patient.
