Abstract

The article deals with the volume and the content of the major categories of expressiveness in the Orthodox Church art such as sacrality, artistry, symbolism, canonicity, impersonality. It is stated that all these categories should be taken in account when organizing a religio-cultic space.

Анализируются объем и содержание важнейших категорий выразительности православного церковного искусства, таких как сакральность, художественность, символичность, каноничность, имперсональность. Обосновывается необходимость их учета при организации религиозно-культового пространства.
