КАЧЕСТВО ТРУДОВОЙ ЖИЗНИ КАК ФАКТОР РАЗВИТИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ КОРПОРАЦИИ

Abstract

In modern society, one of the main indicators to measure social and labor relations is the quality of working life. In order to successfully meet the challenges of economic development of the country it is necessary to ensure quality. Ensuring a high level of quality of working life is the basis for the formation of socially responsible corporate behavior. This article discusses the conditions that must be created to ensure the quality of working life in the organization, and the realization of these conditions. The article proves that in order to improve the utilization of labor potential of the organization should focus on the interests and needs of the person.

В современном обществе одним из основных показателей оценки социально-трудовых отношений является качество трудовой жизни. Для успешного решения задач развития экономики страны необходимо обеспечить это качество. Обеспечение высокого уровня качества трудовой жизни является основой формирования социально ответственного поведения корпораций. В статье рассматриваются условия, которые должны быть созданы для обеспечения качества трудовой жизни в организации, и пути реализации этих условий. Статья обосновывает, что для повышения эффективности использования трудового потенциала организация должна ориентироваться на интересы и потребности человека.
