Abstract

Общеизвестным фактом является то, что процесс развития гражданской авиации напрямую оказал влияние на воздушное право, что нашло свое отражение, в первую очередь, в содержании международного воздушного права. Определяющее влияние стандартов и рекомендаций ИКАО по обеспечению безопасности полетов гражданской авиации на нормы национального права в данной области отношений сохраняет интерес не только научных, но и политических кругов.Well-known fact is that the development of civil aviation is directly influenced by air law, as reflected primarily in the maintenance of international air law. Determining influence ICAO standards and recommendations to ensure the safety of civil aviation in the national law in the field of the continued interest not only scientific, but also political circles.
