Анализ качества энергетических напитков на соответствие требованиям стандартов

Abstract

В статье проанализирована маркировка энергетических напитков в соответствии с требованиями нормативной и технической документации. Изучены нормы содержания рецептурных компонентов, обеспечивающих оптимальный тонизирующий эффект, наличие на упаковке информации о температурных режимах и сроках годности, о рекомендациях по потреблению и суточной норме потребления.

The article deals with the assessment of the compliance of tonic beverage labels with the technical documentation requirements. The standard content of ingredients providing optimum tonic effect is examined. Availability of the label information concerning the temperature condition, expiry date, undesirable consumption and daily consumption rate is analyzed.
