Клиническая анатомия и особенности топографии фасций забрюшинного пространства и почек

Abstract

The purpose of work is studying lifetime computer-tomographic anatomy of the retroperitoneal spaces fascias. As object of research the computer tomograms received from 140 patients without a pathology of organs of a retroperitoneal spaces have served. As a result of carried out research are received morphometrical parameters of all retroperitoneal spaces fascias of the person. Opportunities of their visualization are found out from persons of three age groups, sexual dis tinctions are studied. The alternative anatomy and topography of everyone fascias of the retroperitoneal spaces is described. Results of work can be useful to surgeons, urologists, morphologists.

Цель исследования изучение компьютерно-томографической анатомии фасций забрюшинного пространства. Объектом исследования послужили компьютерные томограммы полученные от 140 пациентов, у которых, не обнаружено патологии органов живота. В результате получены морфометрические параметры фасций. Выяснены возможности их визуализации у лиц трех возрастных групп, у мужчин и женщин. Описана вариантная анатомия анатомии и топографии каждой фасции.
