Abstract

The article presents a methodology for evaluation of satisfaction with the quality of service provided. A binary probit-model has been proposed, it allows to predict satisfaction with the quality.

В статье представлена методика оценки удовлетворенности качеством предоставленной услуги. Предложена бинарная пробит-модель, позволяющая прогнозировать удовлетворенность качеством.
