Abstract

This article analyzes the possibilities of expert-analytical systems Expert Decide and Expert Solution in relation to the challenges of comparative evaluation of innovative projects in the context of strong uncertainty source information. It is shown that for risk analysis can be used both systems: they allow to interview a group of experts in interactive mode with the results of the processing of their judgments about the significance of risks and alternative projects, as well as the formation of groups of evaluations priorities.
