Abstract

As the title implies the article describes the problem of legal regulation surplus. The author examines the reasons of legal surplus origin. Attention is drawn to the necessity of delimitation of legal regulation sphere. Описывается проблема избыточности правового регулирования (правовой профицит). Автор рассматривает причины возникновения правого профицита. В заключении делается вывод о необходимости определения границ сферы правового регулирования
