Abstract

Open minimally invasive retroperitoneoscopies with special retroperitoneoscopy equipment have been performed on the distal part of the ureter for strictures, urolitiasis, megaureter, ureterocele and others in the Urological clinic of the Ural State Medical Academy. Fifty two minimally invasive open operations have been carried out on the distal part of the ureter. Small traumatic effects of the surgical manipulation combined with a complex of rehabilitation procedures within a short-term and long-term postoperative period and monitoring are important for life quality improvement of these patients.
