
Open minimally invasive retroperitoneoscopies with special retroperitoneoscopy equipment have been performed on the distal part of the ureter for strictures, urolitiasis, megaureter, ureterocele and others in the Urological clinic of the Ural State Medical Academy. Fifty two minimally invasive open operations have been carried out on the distal part of the ureter. Small traumatic effects of the surgical manipulation combined with a complex of rehabilitation procedures within a short-term and long-term postoperative period and monitoring are important for life quality improvement of these patients.
В клинике урологии УГМА при операциях на нижней трети мочеточника по поводу стриктур, МКБ, мегауретера, уретроцеле и т.д. выполняется открытая малоинвазивная ретроперитонеоскопия с помощью специального набора инструментов. Выполнено 52 малоинвазивные открытые операции на нижней трети мочеточника. Малая травматичность хирургического вмешательства в сочетании с комплексом клинических реабилитационных мероприятий в ближайшем и отдаленном послеоперационных периодах, в период диспансеризации позволяет существенно улучшить «качество жизни» пациентов с минимальным восстановительным периодом.
