Abstract

Рассматривается процесс электроосаждения износостойкого и коррозионно-стойкого блестящего покрытия сплавом никель-хром. Показано, что для предотвращения окисления ионов хрома (III) до хрома (VI) можно использовать дополнительную анодную ячейку с ионообменной перегородкой. Для поддержания концентрации хрома (III) в заданных пределах электролит периодически корректируется хромокалиевыми квасцами. С целью повышения буферных свойств электролита и увеличения рН гидратообразования хрома (III) в электролит вводят сульфат аммония.
