Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the results of a comparative analysis of the results of repeated prosthetics using clasp (n = 35) and removable laminar prostheses (n = 67) in 102 patients. To that end, implement the index evaluation of solid tissue supporting teeth, their mobility, periodontal tissue, mucous membrane prosthetic bed give research and mobility anchor teeth in the remote period of оrthopedic treatment. It was revealed that when the clasp prosthesis prosthetic in contrast to the use of removable laminar prostheses through 6 and 12 months of their operation signs of gingivitis, hitting solid of periodontal tissue supporting teeth mobility, and reducing the susceptibility of tissues prosthetic lodge are smaller. When you reopen the clinical effectiveness of prosthetic use clasp dentures laminar removable above, which is an indication that the use of the latest in re prosthesis.
