Abstract

The article is devoted to investigation of the question about the meaning and practical application of the revocation of the heads of the RF subjects voters. Analyzed are the grounds for early termination of powers of the head of the region on the initiative of the voters registered on the territory of subject of the Russian Federation, the legislative conditions and restrictions on the right of citizens of the Russian Federation on the opinion of the chief subject of the Russian Federation.

В статье рассматривается вопрос о значении и практическом применении отзыва главы субъекта РФ избирателями. Анализируются основания досрочного прекращения полномочий главы региона по инициативе избирателей, зарегистрированными на территории субъекта РФ, законодательные условия и ограничения права граждан Российской Федерации на отзыв главы субъекта РФ.
