Особенности «Неуставных отношений» в различных социальных организациях

Abstract

This article covers differences in manifestations of the “hazing” in organizations of various patterns of ownership, orphan homes and hostels of educational institutions. These differences in the manifestations of “hazing” associated with: hierarchy the manifestations “hazing” in studied organizations; factors, influence the severity of “hazing” and features of the manifestations of “hazing”.

Описаны отличительные особенности проявлений «неуставных отношений» в закрытых детских учреждениях, организациях различных форм собственности и общежитиях образовательных учреждений. Эти отличия связаны с иерархией проявлений феномена в изучаемой организации; факторами, влияющими на выраженность «неуставных отношений» и особенностями проявлений «неуставных отношений».
