Стиль деятельности в экстремальных условиях как эмерджентное свойство интегральной индивидуальности руководителей тушения пожаров

Abstract

The researchers deal with the availability of polysystem approach, that is integrative examining of extreme activity styles, from the aspect of integrated individuality theory. The paper exposes the results of interdisciplinary research of chief fire officers’ activity. Peculiarities of coping behaviour and self-regulation in extreme activity are under consideration. The researchers reveal the structure of combat activity styles, their dependence on the symptom cluster of different levels’ attributes of an integrated individuality.

C позиции теории интегральной индивидуальности впервые рассматривается возможность использования полисистемного подхода — интеграционного изучения стилей деятельности экстремального характера. Представлены результаты междисциплинарного исследования деятельности руководителей тушения пожаров. Описаны особенности совладающего поведения и саморегуляции в экстремальной деятельности. Выявлены структура стилей боевой деятельности, их детерминированность симптомокомплексом разноуровневых свойств интегральной индивидуальности.
