Abstract

Длительное применение глюкокортикоида преднизолона в период полового созревания крыс приводит к нарушению структурно-функциональной организации хрящевой пластинки роста тела позвонка. Одним из механизмов повреждения пластинки роста являются высокотоксичные продукты свободнорадикального перекисного окисления липидов. Использование фенольного серосодержащего антиоксиданта тиофана в условиях преднизолоновой нагрузки оказывает протективный эффект на клетки и матрикс пластинки роста.
