Abstract

The author describes a program which enables to forecast the angles of radiowave radiation and receiving, maximum applied and observed frequencies, field intensities for the main ways of decameter radiowave spreading through the inhomogeneous dissipating ionosphere. The author shows the possibilities to use the program in the systems of radio communications employing an inclined probing of the ionosphere.
