Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу основных проблем и тенденций стратегического развития предприятий пищевой промышленности Волгоградской области в условиях вступления России во Всемирную торговую организацию. На основе анализа основных экономических показателей оценены итоги деятельности предприятий пищевой промышленности Волгоградской области за последние три года. Дан прогноз дальнейшего стратегического развития сектора для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны.
