Актуальные проблемы развития системы лекарственной помощи больным редкими заболеваниями в РФ

Abstract

На сегодняшний день актуальным является развитие системы лекарственного обеспечения больных редкими (орфанными) заболеваниями. Для развития этой системы также целесообразно изучение зарубежного опыта в области разработки, производства и регистрации орфанных препаратов. Основные направления государственной политики в данной области сформулированы в проекте «Стратегии по развитию системы оказания помощи больным с редкими заболеваниями в России на краткосрочный плановый период 2013-2016 гг.». В данной статье описаны особенности организации лекарственной помощи больным с редкими заболеваниями в России и за рубежом.

Development of the drug provision system for patients with rare (orphan) diseases is a topical issue. The conceptual basis of the State policy in this area was developed in the «Strategy for development of a system for assisting patients with rare diseases in Russia on a short-term period 2013-2016», studying foreign experience is also very useful. This paper examines the features of the pharmaceutical care system for patients with rare diseases in Russia and abroad.
