Abstract

D-Dimer is the most informative and stable marker of activation of blood clotting and clot lysis. D Dimer is a product of degradation of fibrin that is used in a clinic as a marker of thrombosis. The basic methods of laboratory research of Dof dimer are presented in the article.

D-димер – наиболее информативный и стабильный маркер активации свертывания крови и лизиса сгустка крови. D-димер – продукт деградации фибрина, который используется в клинике как маркер тромбозов. В статье представлены основные методы лабораторного исследования D-димера.
