Переработка гексозных углеводов в фурановые соединения и левулиновую кислоту

Abstract

Исследованы новые возможности получения левулиновой кислоты (ЛК) и 5-гидроксиметилфурфурола (5-ГМФ) из гексозных растительных углеводов. Предложены системы вода-диоксан с использованием соляной кислоты в качестве катализатора и вода-бутанол в присутствии гидросульфатов натрия и калия при умеренных температурах (около 1000С). В последней получено до 80 мол. % целевых продуктов, что является уникальным результатом для низкотемпературных процессов.

The new methods of levulinic acid (LA) and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural synthesis from hexose carbohydrates are studied. The new acid-catalyzed systems water-dioxane and water-butanol at presence of sodium and potassium hydrosulphates are developed. The product yield is attained 80 mol.% in water-butanol system and this result is unique for low and high-temperature processes.
