Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается понятие и общие особенности оценочных понятий в праве, а также характеризуются основные подходы к функциональной характеристике этих правовых явлений. Кроме того, определяется значение именно нормативного характера оценочных понятий в современной теории права

This article discusses the concept and general characteristics of valuation concepts in law. And characterize the main approaches to the functional characteristics of these legal phenomena. In addition, the value is determined by regulatory evaluation of concepts in the modern theory of law
