Влияние факторов внешней среды на распространенность и структуру тиреоидной патологии в промышленном городе

Abstract

Исследована заболеваемость болезнями щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) и структура ее патологии в зоне легкого йод-дефицита в связи с влиянием промышленного химического загрязнения среды. Установлено, что заболевания ЩЖ чаще встречаются в районах расположения промышленных предприятий. Вероятно, повышенная концентрация продуктов производства тяжелых металлов в окружающей среде является струмогенным фактором.

We investigated the prevalence and pattern of thyroid diseases in the region with mild iodine deficiency that is exposed by influence of industrial chemical factors. Thyroid disorders are more frequent in the area, where the industrial plants are located, than in the other parts of the city. Perhaps the elevated levels of some toxic metals in the environment are the strumogenic factors.
