РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ, КЛИНИКА, ДИАГНОСТИКА И ТЕРАПИЯ ТЯЖЕЛЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ НЕЙРОЛЕПТИЧЕСКОЙ ТЕРАПИИ

Abstract

This article is based on the results of the intensive care unit in the Alexeyev Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 in Moscow, specifically, the data concerning treatment of patients with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders with severe complications of neuroleptic therapy. The authors provide the criteria for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant neuroleptic syndrome, severe extrapyramidal neuroleptic syndrome and psychopharmacological delirium, and describe the risk factors for their development. The article contains a detailed description of clinical characteristics of severe neuroleptic complications and basic treatment policies; it also contains the evaluation of treatment results.

Статья основана на результатах работы отделения реанимации клинической психиатрической больницы №1 им Н.А. Алексеева ДЗ г. Москвы, касающихся больных шизофренией и шизоаффективным расстройством с тяжелыми осложнениями нейролептической терапии. Представлены критерии диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики злокачественного нейролептического синдрома, тяжелого экстрапирамидного нейролептического синдрома и психофармакологического делирия, факторы риска их развития. Детально описаны клинические проявления тяжелых нейролептических осложнений и основные принципы их терапии, дана оценка результатов лечения.
