Проблемные вопросы анализа издержек и выгод в общественном секторе экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы применения анализа издержек и выгод при проведении оценки эффективности расходования средств в общественном секторе экономики проводится оценка получаемых в результате реализации программы выгод в денежном выражении, а также оценка социальной ставки дисконтирования анализируются факторы и методы оценки издержек и выгод сообразно каждому конкретному случаю.

The article discusses the application of costs and benefits analysis in evaluating the effectiveness of spending in the public sector of economy, assesses monetary benefits received as a result of program implementation, as well as the social discount rate, and analyzes factors and methods of evaluating of costs and benefits in each particular case.
