Многополярность и российско-китайское сотрудничество в контексте ШОС

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию предпосылок расширения российско-китайского стратегического партнерства в контексте ШОС как элемента многополярного мира. Автором предлагаются прогнозы развития российско-китайских отношений в рамках ШОС на ближайшую, среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективы. Сделан итоговый вывод, что современный российско-китайский диалог, вступивший в «новый этап отношений всеобъемлющего партнерства и стратегического взаимодействия», при конструктивном ведении и рентабельном использовании его возможностей может стать реальным инструментом облагораживания общего климата в Евразии, механизмом экономического развития и поддержа ния безопасности на континенте.

The article is devoted to the study of prerequisites of the RussianChinese strategic partnership's proliferation in the context of the SCO as an element of a multipolar world. The author offers short, medium and long term forecasts for Russian-Chinese relations in the framework of the SCO. The final conclusion is as follows: the modern RussianChinese dialogue, which has entered “new stage of the comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction”, if properly carried out, may become a real tool for enhancement of the general climate in Eurasia and a mechanism of regional economic development and security as well.
