Abstract

The problem of research of the structure of relations between various physiological modules that implement the work of a functional system is considered. We propose a method for comprehensive personalized monitoring of the functional state in the context of activities in virtual reality. The results of experiments involving synchronized measurements of heart rate and external virtual context of the activity are presented. Conclusions are made about the properties of the interaction between the cognitive and vegetative modules of the system.
