Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и эволюция многостороннего сотрудничество по нетрадиционной безопасности в районе Малаккского пролива, особенности позиций членов государств АСЕАН, воздействие интересов и морских стратегий Японии, США, Китая и Индии, а также возрастание роли морского фактора в глобальной экономике стратегии и политике.The paper addresses the problems of multinational cooperation in building of non-traditional security in the vicinity of the Strait of Malacca and its evolution; the specific attitudes of ASEAN member-countries; the influence of interests and sea strategies of Japan, the US, China and India as well as the growing role of the sea factor in the global economy and policy.
