Анализ информационных потребностей специалистов здравоохранения

Abstract

С целью выявления информационных потребностей медицинских и фармацевтических специалистов было проведено социологическое исследование методом анкетирования. Первоначально был определен портрет медицинского и фармацевтического работника, участвующего в опросе. В результате проведенного исследования были выявлены аспекты, источники информации, тематики взаимного сотрудничества врачей и провизоров, которые необходимо учитывать в процессе совершенствования информационного взаимодействия специалистов здравоохранения. Был проведен сравнительный анализ источников информации о лекарственных препаратах, используемых медицинскими и фармацевтическими специалистами. Выявлены общие аспекты информации и проанализированы те аспекты, которые востребованы специалистами в силу специфики профессиональной деятельности и действующих нормативно-правовых документов. Определены важные тематики взаимного сотрудничества специалистов здравоохранения. Полученные результаты исследования могут быть использованы в процессе совершенствования информационного взаимодействия специалистов здравоохранения в процессе оказания фармацевтической помощи больным социальнозначимыми заболеваниями.

In order to identify the information needs of medical and pharmaceutical professionals, a sociological survey was conducted by questionnaire. At first portrait of medical and pharmaceutical employees participating in the survey was determined. The study identified aspects, information sources, and subjects of mutual cooperation of physicians and pharmacists that need to be considered in the improvement of information interaction of health professionals. The comparative analysis of the sources of information about drugs that are used for medical and pharmaceutical specialists was held. Identified common aspects of information and analyzes those aspects that are demanded by the professionals due to the nature of professional activity and normative-legal documents. Important topics of mutual cooperation of health professionals were identified. The obtained results can be used to improve the process of information interaction of health professionals in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients' socially significant diseases.
