Article is devoted to models and methods development for decision making under uncertainty. This research focuses on the possibility of using different models and methods for decision making under uncertainty, which has different interpretations not only due to environmental effect, but also the initial information characteristics. Developed methods allow increasing the validity of decision making in economics, engineering, design and other areas.
