Данная статья освещает проблему проведения общественной экологической экспертизы, связанную с непредставлением проектной документации. В ней дается анализ законодательства в этой области, прецеденты из практики и теоретическое обоснование проблемы. Так же подводятся итоги и делаются выводы, которые предусматривают различные виды решения данного пробела законодательства.

This article highlights the problem of conducting of public environmental expertise related to the failure of the project documentation. It analyses the legislation in this area, the cases from the practice and theoretical substantiation of the problem. Also summarizes and draws conclusions, which provides various kinds address this gap in the legislation.
