Abstract

Применение теории S-образных для управления высокотехнологичной компанией призвано обеспечить оптимальное планирование сроков ее технологического переустройства. Переустройство компании может осуществляться в рамках прикладной сервисологии с привлечением средств системотехники. Финансирование оптимального переустройства компании проводится с учетом ее стратегического состояния на рынке и разрабатываемых организационных и экономических механизмов переустройства.

Application of S-shaped theory to manage high-tech company is intended to ensure optimum planning for its technological transformation. Reorganization of the company can be done within the frames of applied servisology with the use of systems engineering. Financing the optimal reorganization of the company is carried out by taking into account its strategic status in the market and also the organizational and economic instruments developed for reorganization
