Abstract

Своевременность и полнота информационного обеспечения деятельности Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации и Счетной палаты Российской Федерации являются одним из условий выполнения стоящих перед этими органами задач. Противодействие в предоставлении необходимой информации указанным органам причиняет ущерб государственным и общественным интересам и требует совершенствования мер уголовно-правового реагирования.

Timeliness and fullness of data ware activities of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Chamber of Accounts of the Russian Federation is one of the conditions of the realization of theirs tasks. A resistance in assignment of the necessary information to the mentioned bodies damages state and public interests and requires an improvement of the arrangements of penal reaction.
