Abstract

В статье анализируются основные подходы к определению уголовно-правовой политики, сформированные в украинской, российской и зарубежной европейской уголовно-правовой науке ХIХ – начала ХХ веков.

In this article the main approaches defining of criminal policy formulated in Ukrainian, Russian and foreign European criminal law sciences in XIX – beginning XX centuries analyzed.
