Формирование целей жилищно-строительной политики в системе социально-экономического развития региона

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ документов стратегического развития субъектов РФ. Показано, что строительство жилья, развитие социальной инфраструктуры выступает в качестве одного из приоритетов в деятельности органов власти и управления. Обоснованы этапы аналитической деятельности, позволяющие определять цели региональной жилищно-строительной политики. Представлен разработанный автором способ научного формирования целей региональной жилищно-строительной политики

The article analyzes documents related to strategic development of Russian Federation subjects, shows the priority of housing construction and development of social infrastructure, and describes the stages of the analytic activity that allow to define targets of the regional housing construction politics. The author formulates a new way of scholarly formation of the targets in the sphere of regional housing construction politics
