Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ранее не исследованные политико-правовые аспекты обеспечения средствами международного права обретения и последующей институционализации политико-правового статуса Нахичеванской автономии в составе Азербайджанской Республики. Вводятся в научный оборот до сих пор неизвестные архивные документы, отражающие результаты деятельности высшего политического руководства Советской России, которые позволяют под совершенно новым углом зрения взглянуть на историческую ретроспективу политико-административного положения Нахичевани в составе Азербайджана.
