Совершенствование классификации территориальных зон для целей управления межселенными территориями

Abstract

В статье показана необходимость разработки землеустроительных регламентов использования межселенных территорий, на основе которых предлагается планировать и осуществлять хозяйственное использование этих земель. Дано определение землеустроительного регламента. Представлен механизм формирования правового режима и землеустроительного регламента земельного участка. Выделены основные классификационные показатели при формировании землеустроительных регламентов.
