Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема компетентностно-контекстной модели подготовки педагогических кадров на фоне изменения структуры образовательной деятельности, наращивания исследовательской компоненты, расширения функций педагогического университета в инновационной социально-экономической среде. Авторы обращают внимание на то, что кредитно-модульная система организации учебного процесса, блок-модульная конструкция учебно-методических комплексов обеспечивают компетентностный подход к подготовке преподавателей.
