Abstract

The air actual density is required to define aerodynamic characteristics of an aircraft from its full-scaled launches. In practice, the following set of height-dependent (h-dependent) atmospheric parameters air temperature (T), pressure (P), relative humidity (U), dew-point deficit (Td) is obtained during the high-altitude atmospheric sounding. This paper proposes a method to define the air density from these data.
