Мониторинг неблагоприятных побочных реакций лекарственных средств в Волгоградской области

Abstract

Оценка безопасности фармакотерапии является важнейшей задачей современной практической медицины. Выявление и регистрация неблагоприятных побочных реакций (НПР) лекарственных средств (ЛС), обработка и применение полученных данных являются неотъемлемым фактором безопасности фармакотерапии. Внедрение методов мониторинга НПР позволяет с большей степенью вероятности выявлять нежелательные реакции ЛС, уменьшить количество и продолжительность госпитализаций и повысить качество оказываемой медицинской помощи

Nowadays drug safety monitoring is one of the most important problems in general practice. Early diagnostics and registration of adverse drug reactions (ADRs), data processing and data application are major factors of drug safety control. Implementation of new methods of drug safety monitoring helps to reveal ADR efficiently and thereby reduce a number of all admissions to hospital and improve the quality of pharmacotherapy
