Abstract

В статье рассматривается прогностическая модель формирования региональных Законодательных собраний РФ по пропорциональной избирательной системе. Анализ региональных выборов с 2003 г. позволяет установить границы электоральной динамики основных партий, а также определить перспективы участия рассматриваемых политических акторов на выборах в Государственную Думу РФ и в региональные Законодательные собрания.

The article examines predictive model of formation of the proportional election system legislatures in the Russian Federation. Analysis of the elections since 2003 allows to set the electoral dynamics boundaries of the major parties, and also to determine the prospects of political actors participation considered for election to the State Duma and regional legislatures.
