Автомобилизация страны в 1920-1930-е годы: дискуссионный опыт

Abstract

Automobilization of coutry was the most important element in the policy of industrialization and economic reconstruction. Automobilization in the Soviet Union was carried out in totalitarian state, in extreme conditions to force the pace of industrialization in the mobilization, planning, administrative-command system. Despite the terrifying social costs the automobile industry was provided by a breakthrough on all fronts of scientific, technical, social and cultural progress, creation of the necessary defense capability to protect the country in the hard years of the Great Patriotic War.

Автомобилизация страны явилась важнейшим звеном в политике индустриализации, реконструкции народного хозяйства. Автомобилизация в СССР осуществлялась в тоталитарном государстве, в экстремальных условиях форсирования темпов индустриализации, в рамках мобилизационной, плановой, административно-командной системы. Несмотря на ужасающие социальные издержки, в автомобильной промышленности был обеспечен прорыв по всему фронту научно-технического, социального и культурного прогресса, создан необходимый оборонный потенциал для защиты страны в лихолетье Великой Отечественной войны.
