Abstract

Статья посвящена воспитательным аспектам подготовки конкурентоспособных выпускников колледжа. Автор раскрывает основные принципы построения воспитательной системы, показывает личностные особенности и характеристики, которыми должен обладать будущий специалист, на примере одного из учебных заведений Санкт-Петербурга.

The article is devoted to the educational aspects of competitive college graduates. The author reveals the fundamental principles of the educational system, shows the personality characteristics, which a future specialist should possess, by the example of one of St. Petersburg colleges.
