Abstract

The article gives information about the limited scleroderma a chronic connective tissue disease characterized by focal inflammatory and sclerotic changes in skin and underlying tissues without involvement of internal organs in the pathological process. The authors consider the issues of etiology and pathogenesis, classification, clinical differential diagnosis of the disease, as well as treatment methods. The features of mesotherapeutic method are described. We present a clinical example of a patient with plaque sclerosis complex therapy with mesotherapeutic intralesional injection.
