
В статье поднимается проблема несоответствия организационных структур предприятий энергетики, образованных в результате реформирования энергетики России, для работы в рыночных условиях. Требуется проведение серьёзных организационных изменений, и начинать нужно с этапа подготовки изменений. Независимо от планируемых сроков начала реорганизации необходимо планомерно и заблаговременно создавать условия, способствующие изменениям, и устранять условия, препятствующие им.
The article deals with power companies resulted from reforming power area in Russia as not meeting market economy. The author believes preparation stage to be of prime importance within the restructuring. Companies should keep creating conditions contributing the restructuring and eliminating the restricting ones, regardless of due time-frame.
