При анализе практики выборов автор вводит новое понятие «пирамида обещаний»; власть рассматривается в качестве кредитора общества, в частности, модель страховки представлена как уникальная форма власти.This article provides the analysis of such themes as globalization, inclusive development, reform of the global financial system, and democratic principles. In the analysis of election practice the author introduces a new concept of the pyramid of promises; power is being considered as a public creditor; in particular, the insurance model is represented as the unique form of power.
