
Разработана новая технология легирования поверхности трения фторопласта-4 ароматическими поли-гетероариленами и их смесями. Предлагаемый материал обеспечивает повышение износостойкости по сравнению с чистым фторопластом в 30-80 раз при сохранении высоких значений деформационно-прочностных показателей и низкого коэффициента трения в условиях низких температур.
New technology of alloying surface friction of fluoroplastic-4 by aromatic polyheteroarylenes and their mixture was developed. The proposed material provides increased wear resistance in comparison with pure PTFE at 30-80 times while maintaining high values of strain-strength characteristics and low coefficient of friction in cold climate.
